On the 4th-gen CR-V this is about as easy as car work gets. Both front arms use a plain J-hook end, so you press the tab on the blade connector, slide the old blade off the hook, and click the new one on. Sizes are 26 inches on the driver side and 17 inches on the passenger side, and there is a separate short blade on the tailgate that a lot of owners never change.
The one thing people get wrong is trying to lift the arms while they're still tucked under the rear edge of the hood. If the arm won't stand up far enough to reach the hook, switch the ignition on, run the wipers, then kill the ignition mid-sweep so they stop out in the middle of the glass. The other common mistake is not fully seating the new blade until it clicks, which lets it fly off the first time you use it at highway speed.
